About the hotel

When booking at non-refundable rates: we draw your attention to the fact that the tariff is non-refundable and prepaid, the cost will not be refunded if the reservation is canceled. The hotel reserves the right to charge your bank card the full cost of your stay at any time after booking.

When booking at optimal rates: we draw your attention to the fact that in order to make and guarantee the booking, you will need to enter bank card data (payment is not debited. You pay on arrival).

Children of any age are allowed to stay. When placing a child (age from 0 to 3 years) in a cot, accommodation is provided free of charge.
When placing an older child (4 years and older) or an adult in an extra bed, a fee of 750 rubles per person per night is charged.

Accommodation with pets (cat/dog) is allowed. We recommend booking at a special rate PET Friendly (accommodation with a pet) or by phone/email. 

Early check-in: Check-in time is at 14:00. In case of need for early arrival of the guest before 14:00, upon arrival from 8:00 to 14:00, the amount of the surcharge is 50% of the cost of accommodation per night in the booked room. If you arrive before 8:00 am, payment is charged for the full night, and the reservation is made from the previous day. Early check-in is paid in advance to guarantee.

Late check-out: Check-out time is at 12:00. In case of late check-out before 18:00, an additional 50% of the cost of accommodation per night in the booked room is paid. If you check out after 18:00 hours, the amount of the surcharge is 100% of the cost of staying in the booked room for one night.

The possibility of early check-in/late check-out is not guaranteed and must be confirmed in advance.
