Registration in the loyalty program is available in the "Booking" tab in the corner on the right (the "Log in" button). To register, you will need to specify the following data: full name, contact phone number, e-mail and your date of birth.
After registration, you are automatically assigned a virtual loyalty card and a 10% discount for further bookings. To accumulate the discount amount, you must always make reservations only through your personal account (reservations are not taken into account from the accommodation desk and by phone).
There are 5 discount levels in total:
1) Level "Standard"- 10% (discount by default);
2) Level "Golden"- 15% (to go to the level you need to live 15 nights);
3) Level "Platinum" - 20% (to go to the level you need to live 20 nights);
4) Level "Diamond" - 25% (to go to the level you need to live 25 nights);
5) Level "VIP" - 30% (to go to the level you need to live 30 nights).
* the discount applies to all fares;
* the number of nights is summed up, i.e. when you move to the next level, you do not lose the accumulated nights;
* please note that the savings on the loyalty card are accrued 5 days after the guest's departure at 00:00 at the time of the accommodation facility;
* the accumulated nights burn out six months after the last stay.
